Visit after 3 months from birth. Carry aadhar card xerox of baby’s father and mother and birth document original from hospital xerox while going. A form need to be submitted for request. This office is exact opposite to kombdi (desi chicken) bazaar. Take care of parking as its no parking zone. There is a private paid parking before 500 meters for 2 and 4 wheelers. Don’t expect faster or speedy reply. The attendant will give standard reply due to covid less staff is working. After submitting form request might take a month or more. P.S. Please like the review if the information is found useful.

The Apostate

Two persons (staff) helped me satisfactorily but most others are almost deaf. It seems these people are coming to the office for their salaries only. They don't have to do anything with the time wasted of the public. There is almost 70 to 80 percent spelling mistake cases in the certificates. The head of the department was speaking to me and suddenly changed the topic and started talking to a staff. After some time when I asked again he directly told me that he cannot do anything regarding my problem and I need to go somewhere else. I had to visit thrice and now I am happy anyway.

Visited three time for my daughter birth certificate... No response and ask us to come tomorrow, next week. Very pethatik official... 7 month completed still not issuing the certificate... Nonsense working staff...

Went for Birth Certificate of my daughter last month as birth details received from hospital were missing from the local ward, So i had to go to Head office in Kasba Peth. I would like to say I did not expect my work to be sorted so fast within an hour I had my baby's birth certificate in my hand. I would really like to thank Mr.James and his Team for their Co-operation.

Very poor service. Works are done only through broker. If any person goes directly, they makes lots of spelling mistakes to visit again and again and to earn money

This is not a company it is a database office (typical government office) , do not anticipate any timely response as most of the time the person responsible is not attending his duty . Atmosphere is too shabby. Still lots of scope of improvement. So have plenty of patience with you. Better time to go around 11:00am to 12:00
