Cooperative staff, hassle-free experience. It's just that the people in this area have a general disregard for rules, with people cutting queues, using their contacts to get ahead in the queue etc. which I think is the only problem. The staff needs to stop entertaining such morons.

Too much waiting time but the most cost effective services anywhere in the the world.
Katraj post office is the worst.. they kept my speedpost for almost a week with them.. and when we go to collect at the office..they delayed again for 3 days.. with no valid reasons.. asking to come tomorrow and tomorrow.. rude behavior of staff and the phone is never picked up
The lunch time is 1:30 to 2 but they are ignore people and start lunch at 10:45

Very Bad experience with Govt Post office.. rude behaviour for customers. That's why, everyone go for Private courier service. Ye bhi bhech do private company ko, tab govt employees ko akal ayegi..
Service is nice staff and especially the Manager Mrs. Darekar is very cooperative......
