Very unprofessional staff. After having taken an appointment well in advance, I was told that the dermatologist is unavailable only when I reached there for my consultation. Being such a big brand the Adminstration is so bad that they couldn't even call and let me know of this. And to top it the staff kept saying that the call centre is at fault as they didn't inform me. Very bad experience and not something I expected from kaya!!

I had the same experience which Kajal had. After having taken an appointment well in advance, I was told that the dermatologist is unavailable only when I reached there for my consultation. The staff kept saying that the call center is at fault and they might have misdirected me, and even showed them the reminder SMS I got for the said appointment, but no use. I literally got pissed off. Guys avoid this clinic if you can.
