After Service is really bad.. I have visited the location for servicing my Vespa, most of the time they charged me too much but never got a simple break repaired. Every Service I have paid more than 3000, either it will be the cable, or the service. I have stopped going their post i got disappointed telling them the same thing in last three Service, just a simple first break :(, the staff told me we don't keep the front break much for safety reasons, well this was new, why is the company giving a disk break now.... sounds so funny.

Really had a bad experience they make a really false promises to there customers. But there is a good thing also which is they are always ready for customer to pic up their vehicles.

One can easily locate the showroom But the staff is not at all co-operative Bike servicing not good at all Bikes given for servicing are not properly taken care of

Staff is not helpful at all.after sells service is worst .they will treat you like you they are doing fever on you. When i raised my bike issues in first service showrrom person avoided saying that its happend with every bike.will see after 3000kms

Vey bad service during when buying new bike. Not deliver within time promise , for me it is very worst experience , I paid all cash no loan , but they give me delivery after 2.5 month , Now I have 3 months I still didn't get my bike Matching helmate , they give diff color of alternative helmate but still I am waiting my bike colored helmate. I recommend not to go with Vespa at Kayaan.

Hey guy's I request u all vespa lovers,do not go to kayaan motors fr ur vespa service.I had a very bad experience with d service.They don't really care abt our vespa's.They don't hv a well trained technicians nor mechanics.And d funny thing is their front desk service person can't even gv d proper estimation even after mkng d estimated sheet through their system.And after then they spoiled my new mudguard while fitting my old bumper to it.I met with a accident n my vespa's steering tube n mudguard got damaged which i replaced from kayaan motors service center but it's not been done properly. Still some noise cmng from handle.Over all its a very poor service been done by their untrained technicians. N d charges r too high compared to other vespa service centers...so plzzz think bfr gvng fr service n other repairing n paying heavy bills...
