We conduct all forms of sessions like workshops, talk-shows, question hour, counselling sessions, practical demo sessions, short presentations etc to create awareness and to handle unwanted situations in life, arising because of violence against women and/ or children. Specialized, certificate course in"​ self defense for women"​ is a star amongst all other programs wherein we train an individual in combat arts as well as mental skills to keep oneself and their loved ones safe at the time of attack. We provide services to the Corp orates, schools, housing societies, zila parishads and all other individual groups to spread awareness and empowerment.
