I visited the place for one of my Pearson scheduled exam. It was showing as authorized center for this. However I found, unprofessional and misleading staff. To an extent that they don't hesitate to tell lie. The exam co-ordinator was late with no valid reason. The HR manager was telling another story. I was sitting in a warm area, without any fan or AC for an hour. When I asked them to cancel the exam from their side, they did not agree. Overall a very horrific experience. I would not recommend anyone for any online exam here.

Waiting to get classroom training. Update 1 (21 Feb 2017) - Just got an assurance, they will plan something earliest and confirm. Update 2 (24 Feb 2017)- Got confirmation for trainings on upcoming week. Highly appreciated their help on this. Hopefully it will go well.

If you are looking for a reliable institute you should give ITSM a Pass. I registered for PMP training and was done paying the advance registration fee as well. But just a day before the training day, they called and informed that training has been canceled and will be held after 2 weeks. Instead of addressing the participants' issues they focus more on filling their seats. Highly unprofessional! I would have rated them 0 stars but google apparently doesn't allow that.

60% of the attendants had come only for reimbursement as they were eligible whether related to their role or not. The training was conducted for a day and hence quality is down. I do not recommend for one day training . The purpose to attend training was defeated.

ITSM is the right choice for Prince2 certification. The trainer Anand Mohan M is well experienced faculty in conducting Prince 2 training program and real time project scenarios explained by him would make everyone understand all concepts thoroughly. Thank you ITSM & Anand.
