Space with Vikram

Please don’t ever open account at this Kotak Branch. You’ll always find some or other customer yelling at some staff for a problem with their account or check or atm. The management is one of the worst as they don’t have any coordination between the various teams. No problem while you make deposits but try and withdraw large amounts. Next day they’ll have queries. Save yourself a time and immense stress. Go to another bank.

I called to to the bank regarding my ATM card because I received a message that I receive my card but till now I didn't receive any card regarding this I call to bank the executive who attend the call she was a lady and she is worst executive she don't listen my call properly and she Hung Up The Phone it happens three to four times

Such a pathetic one bad experience .Plz don't open AC in this bank .They didn't even email or msg me regarding KYC .And they just blocked my account .I'm not going to join this bank or i will not recommend any one to join . Zero rating .
