Service of four wheeler at this place is very pleasant experience. All the staff is very co operative and very well mannered. They offer very good service. Meet and greet customers whole heartedly. They take care of your vehicle in all circumstances. Even applying for insurance is very much comfortable and easy process. Location is also very good as far as connectivity is concerned, it is on Bombay highway. Liked this service station very much.

Service station for your Toyota, although quite basic, but they use standard and genuine products only. Service takes time due to long queue of vehicles. Have pick up facility as well which you can use informing at least 2 he prior. Hidden on the side lane of Mumbai highway, often confused with Kothari Toyota Showroom which happens to be on the opposite side. Make sure you use the right navigation or advice.
I asked for interior cleaning of my car for same i was charged 2200 exclusive tax and the service provided by the company was not satisfactory. I’ve attached images of the work didn’t even clean the roof very disappointed. I suggest people look for alternative service station for your toyota car or at least do cleanup from other service providers it’ll be worth it
Car was not washed properly after servicing. Corona Precautionary measures are taken in service station. They don't use red cloth to cover driver seat like other Toyota service station. No service update board in customer lounge like DSK showroom had. Car was given ontime. Mr. Kolhe (service advisor) helped me to get vehicle update. But failed to attend my problem which I mentioned, I had to work on my own. Please note everyone wheel balancing and alignment is not done proper here, my steering is tilt towards left. Also this was suggested from one of my friend that not to do this work in showroom as other local outlet will charge less amount with proper work.
Staff was courteous and very professional. Our concern was attended to promptly.
Good for servicing. Body paint job was good but detailing requires to be worked on to avoid customer wait for long hours
Have to get work done from people. They are good at routine stuff. But one off-work, special type, requires the involvement of the car owner. People are nice here.
If you compare it with earlier DSK Toyota showroom and service center a kms away which got shut, then every customer like me will agree that Kothari Toyota has lot of scope for improvement. Their service personnel and messy way of handing the lined up customer on road coming in every min. A basic proper sitting arrangement is missing. I felt like playing musical chair to get a place everytime I was searching or looking for an Service assistant. I wish they improve in coming time.
