Very very poor service and staff knowledge is very poor. I always spent 40-45 mins but I could not get the medicine.

After 2 processing gpay transactions did cash payment... Before continuing with the the cash payment asked them if they would refund the stuck money if transaction was successful. They agreed to refund the amount and gave us a written receipt. Both transactions were successful and they got thrice the amount of money than intended still were not ready to refund our extra money back... After almost going through a mental torture for more than 45 mins finally gave our money back... Pathetic customer service pls stick to ur words and be loyal to your customers. Also pls try to deal with morden technology for payments

If you want to purchase only homeopathy medicine then it very good shop. But doctor consultation charges bit high for the first time, I. E. 700/- RS. Without prior information. And doctor asked me salary information as well with disease related query. That was very weird to me. I did not go for the follow up.

This place is centrally situated in prime locality like kothrud area of Pune city. This pharmacy has all the homoeopathic medicines available in all the forms one may need. All international brands of homoeopathic medicines are sold here at reasonable price.

Horrible experience always. The pharmacist there are not at all cooperative. We wait for half an hour just to know whether medicines are available or not. Half of the time they are not. Also ATM card machines are not working. They don't have paytm /Google pay service. The old person there is very blunt and rude. They should put a sign board of "cash only". They are wasting people's Lot of time unnecessarily.

It’s in the kothrud area Please follow the clock as well You will get almost all varieties of medicine which actually homeopathy have. All mode of payment are accepted They even suggest you the alternative If you are doctor you will get some discounts as well Rest has to pay all money They closed on time

Irresponsible staff and pharmacy. They Don't check SEALED PACK and the customer is held responsible for any tampering to the unsealed medicine bottles if we go to return them. Don't go here. It's a sincere suggestion.
