Was waiting for a year to write this review. Very helpful doctors and staff. I am surprised so many wrongs I was believing till now about healthy stuff. I could see so many positive changes in my body and mind within 2 month itself. Best thing is even after a year, I am still in the same habits and lifestyle without any burden. Its a true behavioural change in me :-) Best place for lifestyle modification and treating diseases at root. Thank You Kritam team. Yes #doKritam :-)

Great concept and nice doctors. Thank you Kritam for getting me back to my healthy self. Everyone here is knowledgeable and friendly, trying yo change your lifestyle for good. I think most of us are misinformed about the nutritious food and right exercises for us. Also, we forget very important aspect of life - peace of mind. Nutrition, Activity and Peace helped me to start doing what is right for me. Life 2.0 sessions are really great eyeopener and I feel everyone shall go through those sessions. It certainly helps to get a real newer version of life. :-) Only thing is mobile app gave some troubles. Hope it will be resolved soon. I will certainly recommend to those who have high BP, Cholesterol, Diabetes or even to those who just want to stay healthy and not wait for problems!

No More Tablets :-). Thank you Kritam for making it possible in just two and half months. Excellent program and professional team. Had a great experience with them in normalising my sugar and cholesterol. Best part is that they work on to improve simple daily habits in a systematic and stepwise manner rather than any drastic change or crash diet or some medicine formulas.
