Not a great experience. I gave my suede shoes for cleaning on a Tuesday. Timeliness (they claim timely delivery on their board): they gave me a delivery date for Thursday when they are actually shut! When I called them they rescheduled delivery for that Saturday and it still wasnt ready. Finally only ready by next Monday Quality of cleaning: Quite poor. Majority spots were not cleaned which I pointed out when I submitted for cleaning and was assured they will be removed. Not only that, there was an additional spot made! When I complained they said leave the shoes with them and they will call with a remedy. They didn't call back. Called the owner Aroop and he said he'll take a look at it next day. I was too frustrated by then and just took posession of the shoes the next day. Definitely wouldn't recommend them atleast for shoe cleaning.
Very professional and value for money,enviornmentaly friendly, quality of wash is excellent and it takes care of clothes fabric as well.
They understand cloth and its treatment with value for money to customers. Prompt in responses and overall good experience
