Over hyped place! It's super expensive as well. May be good if you want to spend some relaxed time but certainly not worth spending money just to visit for few hours! Moreover 500 rs parking for four wheelers??? 200 for two wheeler ? What on earth they charge this for? Also they call this modern city but there are no baby changing rooms, no wheelchair access etc. the restrooms are at one corner and you will have to walk all the way there to get access! Each and every business there is setup to rip you! Overly expensive items they sell. Not just that, the regular items are also priced high because you are in Lavasa!! They have destroyed the nature around I feel. Half constructed buildings make the place look dull! Not worth the money at all!

Afternoon and weekdays it's a ghost town and you'll find hardly a soul out. But by evening and weekends it becomes lively. The place is great whether for adventure sports, sight seeing, partying etc. and serenity when not crowded. Fairly affordable too.
