Its a good and large project.There are amenities being developed. 24 Hours water supply. No electricity issue as of now. Security is also good. Has good connectivity. Cons: Construction process is very slow.

Just Behind the most popular "Amanora Park Town", the Town is good to go for living the life crowd free and noise pollution free. I went to see my relatives as I am not living here. This place is in heart of Magarpatta City, Hadapsar.
Visited project after lock down and very good response from the team. They were polite and briefed most of the things even without asking. Project rate have come down in recent times due to stamp duty cut and corona impact. So its a good time to buy flat there. Location is excellent i.e. nearby Amanora and seasons mall and other near by facilities like school, IT part etc.. Go for it.
Not sure why there are bad reviews are posted for this project but project is good and builder is polite and his team briefs almost every thing about project. Since last year, conditions here are improved pretty much and area is also getting developed since it is present in the vicinity of Amonora. In my view, Its a good place to live and invest.
Project is good but builder is Stupid. There is a dispute between two partners of the project. Construction is extremely slow. They told me they are started construction of this project more around 5 years ago.. and in 5 years, they have not been able to construct even the entrance of their township. There is no road even from entrance to their sales office. In last 5 years, they have managed to construct just two buildings out of total 18 buildings they want to construct. With this speed, they will take next 30 years to complete the project. They have given possession of two buildings without any Internal roads, Without any basic Amenities, without any security. People have got just a flat to live. Not sure what there plans are... but a project so close to Amanora is selling at 40% less price of Amanora... that itself tells everything about this project. Edit - I know a person who lives in J2 building and has shared horrible experience living in this township.. just have a look at pics of internal infrastructure.
Third class project. Very poor construction quality. Builder is rude and no amenities yet given by builder. Poor road. Poor hygiene. People are buying flats merely because of the close location to magarpatta. Dont buy flat here
This is New Township near Amanora Township..all amenities are nearby. Very good place to live.
Location is Good, Project Looks Good but bit worried to invest in this Project as got to know that peoples in J-2 building are in very serious trouble because of dispute between the builders.....They dont have Car Parking , No Roads..not even basic infrastracture...Such things may happen with any invesitor... Entry Gate is too small, not even cabin to security guards..Too many stray dogs in premises.. Dont be in a trap because of Virtual Walkthrough and advertisement...Few peoples told that they have invested because it is near Amanora and have access through Amanora township but Amanora security told us that their road is Private and will not allow Leisure Town Residents.. lots of Construction work is going on..Project is delayed by almost 3 years...Club House , Swimming pool and Amenities are not ready and may take next 2-3 years as work is very slow...Just 5 buildings are completed in 6-7 years...Wondering how much more time require for the complition of entire project...Good Entry Gate , Top Class Security , Roads, Club House, Swimming Pool , Amenities and SHOPs are must for this project for good appriciation else it will be dead investment... This Property Prices are decreasing day by day because of these issues...
