Quickly attended to, I had visited in the evening hours. Helpful staff and many products available for trial/ demo. Sanitized product after customer uses it. Good place.. Easy to notice from roadside.. Little expensive but good quality.. Best to buy in offer periods.. The thing I am most impressed is the after service from lenskart.. You'll always get your problem solved about the specs whenever you visit.. Lots of variety for both specs and goggles.. Nearby places for food are McDonald's and Domino's 2 mins walking distance..

It is not place for first time users as they will tell you price without taxes and at the time of payment your final bill will be totally different than expected. Also only normal fiber lenses are free.

Pathetic service. Irresponsible staff. Product has not been delivered for 3 weeks now, I was told it wouldn’t take more than 4-5 days. On top of the delay, store representative has stopped answering the phone calls and responding to texts. Called the store- no response. Somehow managed to get to speak to someone on the helpline number l but they hang up the call saying they’ll call back. That didn’t happen either. This is the service when you have paid 12k.
