Not happy with the salesperson on the counter treating the customer, other pwrson was very humble and thinking out of the box. You guys need to gain customer trust and not give reasons- it was a simple ask.. anyways titan eyeplus is muvh better

Fraud store... Don't buy from them..!! sells you used demo pieces by giving false assurance of new one..not doing primary inspection before handed over the delivery at least of extra loosed frame sticks....!!

Lenskart at kharadi is worst store probably I have ever seen and moreover the staff is so rude and naive , I have given my spectacles just for the alignment and went to collect after 4 days and it was still not repaired and when I asked they said it will be done in 10 mins, so I was waiting outside at other shop for the medical and in the meantime they closed the store and ran away,very very unprofessional.
