Update: A Lenskart customer support representative contacted me after reading the below review which I believe is good customer support, adding few stars for the same. ----------------------------------------------------- Please do not buy from Lenskart, the quality is not that good. Store and the people managing it were good but the frames are defective. I bought two pairs of glasses, a full metal framed and another frameless but when I received the order the frameless specs had faults in the hinges so I returned it for replacement. Unfortunately after a few days the replacement also had similar issues. I then selected a different frame and when I recieved it, it also has issues in the hinge. See the attached photo of the spectacle, see how the arms are opening wide more than required. The arm is not designed in such a way so that it can be bent and fixed. The staff somehow convinced me to keep it, and that's when I decided that it's of no use to ask for replacement as the story will repeat. Now I have this frame sitting useless in my cupboard waiting to be fixed, I hope that I find a good replacement arm somewhere.
