I went there to buy contact lenses and got a complimentary eye exam. When I saw that the power prescribed by the doc was lesser than the one I already used for my contact lenses, I warned her that I could see perfectly fine with those already in use. She had also added a cylindrical power that I never had earlier. As they did not have contact lenses of the newly prescribed power, the doc ended up selling me lenses of the same power that I already used. I got my glasses made as per the prescription though. I get an unbearable headache as soon as I put them on and can't see comfortably either. My vision is blurry, distorted and sometimes even misleading in depth. I am in the US and eye care as well as products are extremely expensive here. I still wonder why the doc did not heed my insistence and reexamined me. Horrible experience!

one of the worst shops in Pashan, they do not attend to customers who just want to change the nose pads and keep them waiting because it is a free service to the customers at last he changed the nose pads after 30 minutes of wait and it also broke within two days, the variety of frames is also very poor. I do not recommend this shop

i have purchased 2 frames from sus road pune lenskart shop in october 2020.they insisted me to take gold membership.i took it paying some extra amount & when i went there again yesterday to take new frames, they told your membership is not there in our system.the money you paid for that went somewhere else in our system. After spending so much time to select frame & then at the time of billing they told your membership is not there in our system. So i have lost my money & time due to there bad system & service. still i dont get any reply from them after raising issue 1 week before. So i will not recommend anyone to go at this shop.

The staff kept a frame that was already booked one night before by a customer in the display rack so we ended up spending an hour looking for the perfect frame, only to realise we can't buy it as it was sold out! On top of this mismanagement, the staff put the blame on us claiming we came into the shop 'too early' (it was 11.10am and their shop says opening time as 10am on Google) Very limited stock is available in the store.

Had a chance to visit the Lenskart store at Pashan. I just went in the store, for a casual trials for an Anti-glare glasses, but the collection was too good. Luckily, I was able to shortlist a few glasses, & finally purchased one Anti-glare glass, with a discount of 50%. Adding to that, I got a free Eye check-up at the store itself. Moreover, the service is very satisfactory.
