This review is for the arrogant guy sitting on the counter. We purchased the product but when asked for same day delivery or early delivery the next day of fresh unit, they were unable, which was conveyed to us in best arrogant way possible. They will not bend there rules for customers, customers have to bend if they want the product.

I think this showroom guys want to get only bulk orders. As when I went to buy the microwave for my sister's house warming party. I requested them to try and deliver it ASAP. They replied with a very rude tone that they won't be able to deliver it. And the reason was given that We can't make such arrangments for only one customer. My personal experience says they don't value customer intrest. Such behaviour sheerly impacts LG as a Brand. I would request team LG to provide them with some soft skills training for better customer approach.

Never disappointing experience even though sales personnel changes. The team has good customer handling skills. Kudos. HOWEVER, the post sales delivery needs a bit of proper tracking mechanism. I felt some inconvenience in getting the delivery at right time in the covid-19 free situation, which I finally had to do the followups myself for the ontime delivery.

Never purchase any product from this shop and that also in Diwali.The service is very bad and the people and manager will make you fool that you will realise after purchasing the product which iam doing it now.so don't make any mistake which I did.

Wrist customer service i just visit in store want to buy microwave in section sale staff is buddy on phone ground floor there are no other customers like hear song in full valume even I'm not able to here any thing from beside of my wife what is told to me... Very poor bhaiver off all staff lok loke they don't need customer to sale the product... I feel they need a customer service training to them, now days in covid19 we know all that customer are very less to buy any product ...
