I've been a long time customer for this outlet the staff manager is very good in his job and understand the responsibility. The service has always been good and consistent. Whenever I've complained them about anything related to my order the manager of the outlet (Mukesh) has made sure to make it right in the best way to enhance the experience and keep his regular customer intact

Their chicken steamed momos are good but they selling a 30 pepsi bottle at 40, on asking the reason for the extra 10 the guy says cooling charge. I said okay and asked to get a receipt/bill of meal I just had. They don't provide a receipt no matter what, when I insisted that I will not paying the bill, the guy say if you want proof of bill pay online you will recieve a proof on gpay. Then after a much argument the guy said pay 30 for the pepsi but they will not provide a bill even after I pointed out that they have a bill machine and he made a bill for a delivery guy in front of us. He said it is for online delivery and not for in cafe customer.

The place is unhygienic. The photo uploaded along with the review is of the uncovered water container they have kept outside which was being used to store water which we saw them using to make food. We ordered the chicken sandwich with extra cheese and chicken which we were asked to pay extra for however didn't get anything extra. When we called the restaurant to complain, they hung up on us because of which we decided to visit the restaurant along with the order that we received after which we saw the unhygienic conditions in which food was being prepared in.
