on 8th December I had done my 2nd car servicing in mundhawa . That time I had shown them some kind of noise in car.after check they said sir there was one part which need to be replaced, as your car in warrenty period so we will do that and mentioned in there purchase order book. This will take max 12 to 15days to come once we receive that part we will call you for installation. After that 20 days I call them they said some accident happened so lost there data so please come nd show once more time car so we will reorder that part. But unfortunately still they didn't receive that part. After approximately every 15 days follow-up they every time ask , which car , what kind of noise in car, and no updates on part. Even representative didn't response what is status of orderd part. Now 2moths will be completed.
