RATED 1 AFTER SEEING WATER LEAKAGE ISSUES IN JUST A MONTH! PLS DONT ASK FOR DISCOUNTS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR QUALITY SERVICES AS IT WILL NOT BE PROVIDED ANYWAY - RATES ARE FIXED AND NON-NEGOTIABLE so please mind it. Any additional work done by workers will be charged at market rate but owner is kind enough to extend your grill without any cost as it is complimentary. Owner ask the workers to unscrew and screw the grill free of cost!!! Owner will come to your house at the time of taking measurement and to quote the price and second time at the time of completion. DO NOT expect owner to come during the work as you have to depend upon workers and its your responsibility to ensure whether they are providing quality services or not. Also if possible take 1-2 weeks leaves so you can monitor the work by yourself and call owner if there are any quality issues. Workers takes one day off on Sunday and mostly available to work on weekdays so DO NOT expect them to work on the weekend as they deserve to enjoy their life as you do. If you are planning to cover shed in the balcony it will take anytime between 3-4 weeks for them to prepare and few days for installation so you have to keep the patience as your house is not the only one to work on. If you are living in the society then keep some space in the parking so guys can keep their material and cut over there as it cannot be carried in the lift and also speak in advance with your society to provide electrical connections or arrange from your personal meter as it is not possible for workers to cut large raw material at the shop to avoid running at last moment.
