This review is for people who are looking for the procedure for duplicate mark sheet for 10/12 th. First of all you need to get recommendation letter from school stating u have lost ur mark sheet and want to apply for duplicate copy of the same. From the office need to get application form of duplicate mark sheet. If u lost both mark sheets of 10 and 12th you need to fill 2 separate forms for each. Each form costs Rs.10/- .(Please carry change, office staff is rude and don’t provide change at all. Plz carry cash, online payments, gpay phone pay not accepted.) After submitting form you will get a receipt and u need to show that to counter no 16 to get your copy after 10-12 working days. Note:- 1. Four wheeler parking not available. 2. 2 wheeler parking is barely available. 3. Plz carry exact amount of money. 4. Staff is rude and not helpful.

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education is a statutory and autonomous body established under the "Maharashtra Secondary Boards. Most important task of the board, among few others, is to conduct the SSC for 10th class and HSC for 12th class examination .The board is responsible for formation, and implementation of the rules and regulations in accordance to the guidelines set by the state as well as central boards. It is also in charge, autonomously, of, and implementation of the syllabus/curriculum of all the grades, textbooks, exam schedule, and type. The board is also responsible for creation of textbooks, scoring of the centralised tests, and conducting examinations fairly and providing unbiased justice in the event of dispute

Staff is not so supportive and they talks very rudely with students. If they are Only sitting then also they will not speak politely with you and not help you with document required for the application.. They only say go and check board. I met with two employees there but both are not so supportive. And I need my certificate urgently and I requested but they say you're waiting for such a long time what's going to happen in another 1 month.. I think fee structure for tatkal and normal application is same that's why they not take tatkal application easily because they need to work faster than there not normal, too slow speed. So adding 2 photos of documents required for wrong information change in SSC and HSC Board certificate and duplicate copy of marksheet and certificate..

Account section experience is very bad, should learn some manners, people in counter 5 (cash counter person), acts like the board theirs. Should have manners and ethics. That clearly shows attitude of govt job. But they are getting salary becoz of public. They should learn these basic concepts. Thank you

Authorities are of least help. HSC Board is filled with way too many fools than intellectuals. Papers are checked and reviewed in an inept way. Evaluation of papers is done just to do injustice to students and render them helpless. Re-evaluation is just a waste of time and money. The reason being the INCOMPETENT, ARROGANT, SENSELESS Authorities (including divisional officers, clerks, etc.)
