Not hygienic at all. Workers handling and preparing dishes and food items with bare hands - no gloves used. There are multiple people handling same food with bare hand before serving. They also wipe their soiled hands with table wiping cloth. Wonder if they wash their hands. Service is also slow. Disappointed ️️️️️. More like a road side unhygienic joint.

Place is average and they serve food nearly worth it and the biryani in the picture was warm and not hot enough, it went cold the moment we served it ourselves. The shawarmas are good but i think this place is a bit expensive because the food is average. Nothing great about this place. Taxes makes this place even more expensive.

Extremely dissatisfied with the services. They will mess up your food and mixing Veg Non-veg ingredients plus react as if nothing went wrong from their end. Do think twice before ordering form here.

One of the best places serving Mediterranean cuisine. Specially the Dajaj (Chicken in Arabic) Shawarma. I have tried Shawarma from almost all the places in Pune, but the closest Shawarma to the original one from Middle East is from this place. The only demerit is that it serves its sauces cold, which makes the Shawarma a bit cold. Otherwise, the taste is perfect, if you don't mind eating a mixture of hot chicken and cold sauces. The workers are very friendly and the service they provide is really great. Avoid eating Laham (mutton) Shawarma, because believe me, laham Shawarma that they serve here is nowhere close to the original one, and they make ir really bad. Also, stay away from Falafel roll. Falafel Sandwiches are made in a different way in the Middle East, I personally don't like them. Their main courses are pretty great. Do give them a try. You will fall in love with this place if you are able to find the good dishes served here.
