Maruti cars are always good. In this showroom, sales dept people are good to explain all the features of cars to customers. Here I would like to share my experience. When I was working in sales dept in this showroom, many customers complained about servicing at this showroom. They said that people in service dept are not aware of timing and delivery of car to customer. They even not having any co ordination between service worker and their Team Leader of what exactly to do in a perticular car as said by customer. I also had a bad experience here when I left this showroom due to I got far better opportunity than this one, the HR department is not responsible to clear all the salary of existing employee. And even not about PF balance to transfer and incentives that I sold cars here. HR even not responded properly to my phone since last 4 months as I left this job 7 months ago to clear my incentives and hence it shows how HR is irresponsible. I really don't understand how the hell HR is at his position (Mentioning Sagar Inamdar, Vishal at Taware and Atre Sir) if they do not clear ex employees incentives. Not even clear his doubts regarding the same. It shows they are not liable at their position. Worst place to work in any dept. I will never recommend anybody to do job here. Sadly giving 1 star. If there could be in minus star to give then I would give minus five stars (-5)*

Place is on the Pune - Bangalore highway and easy to find. Ample parking space available. Sales guys have very good knowledge on their products. Treatment to customers very good.

This used to be a very happy place but now looks like haunted place as Maruti stopped making diesel cars no one visits here still sales executives try their best to sell petrol cars but no buyers no visitors no activity very silent place those staff members are gonna turned into zombies in couple of months if Maruti don’t come back in Diesel engines and please Maruti make all your cars safer and stop making small cockroach sized cars like alto wagonr celerio Ignis and the killing machine espresso so that customers/owners won’t support your zombies there after serious or small accidental hits that your car won’t survive in.

Good staff. Give sufficient time to each customer. Explain features of product, comparison etc in detail . Test drive also available.
