Reliable and satisfactory. But they always end up making us wait a few days for spare parts to arrive - maybe our bad luck.. we end up breaking or wearing out weird parts in our car - Maruti Swift. But the home drop convenience makes it worthwhile. All in all no complaints

I will start with cons because i had nearly a death experience after i did my last car servicing here. 1. Expensive servicing. They add's lot of unnecessary charges to your bill. When i went there for first time, they gave an estimation of 14k(approx) for my car. I think the attendant have pressure from management or may be they are getting commission from the fat bills. 2. Quality: Quality is not as per what you pay. Last time they added an extra expense of Rs 900(approx) for 42 points checkup which was not communicated to me earlier. My car's engine was almost going to fell from the assembly. It was a death experience for me. I don't know what they did in their 42 points checkup. This happened just in 2 weeks after the servicing. :(..have attached few pics. FYI..my car was doing just fine before i did the servicing. I just took her there to do the normal regular servicing. 3. Delivery time: You have to waste lot of your time to get your bill and delivery of your car. They have just one cashier who handles all the bills. Pros: 1. Accessibility: If you work in hinjawadi then this service center might be easily accessible. 2. Behavior: Attendants are not rude. They do listen to what you say. Customer manager also listens to what you have to say. 3. Feedback: They have feedback system in place. It works well. They inspected my car again and corrected few thing which local mechanic did after the last(after their servicing) breakdown. Though they still charged me for this..i had to pay for the mistake they did last time. :( 4. Genuine parts: you can be sure as they uses the genuine maruti-sukuzi spare parts. I hope this helps!
