1.Good for nothing. Waste of money. 2.Worst apartment and facilities. 3.Never fall for them. They ask rent and deposits also in cash with no receipt. 4.No lift (they say this) but it is only for the owners's personal use . 5.Water quality is too bad. No corporation/drinking water facility. 6.Parking is publicly available to anyone out there.Only the broker and the owner will be benefited if you come to live here.A big NO for single/group girls/women. I will not recommend it for anyone . Only to those who wanna waste money and loose peace of mind.
