A big no guys. They cheated me with my bajaj finance emi. On my bill it's shown 4400 as down payment, when I contacted bajaj finance, they said they only received 3500 as down payments. When I questioned memorex team for this they said they had deducted 900 as processing charge and so on. When I asked for that bill they clearly declined. Please be extra cautious if you are purchasing from here. I would prefer vijay sales even if I have to spend 500 extra there.

The MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE you will ever encounter. We bought a washing machine from here, thinking of them as trustworthy, but what a huge mistake that was! Nobody came to install the machine. After hundreds of calls they kept fooling us by asking us to call other numbers, even specifying time at which their people would come, but never did anyone actually show up! If you want to keep your sanity and peace of mind intact, stay away from this horrible shop!
