Whole pune network technician staff official have kept there phone off least bothered to even inform the customer and guts to fave them about no interest connection since last 1 week and maybe any more to go. We have been assigned work from home and you have taken advantage of the lockdown situation as no other innternet service provider has disconnected unlike you. Worst and most disgusting organization. It is all because you already got the payment why would you care. Good sir. Thank you PS. All the positive reviews are by staff in working.

Worst sales after service and worst internet speed ever. Stops working at anytime and whenever you will call customer care, all they say is we don't have the information kindly write mail to us, they why are you guys wasting money for maintaining customer care office instead just write on your website that we can't give you support, write mail to us and we will get back to you whenever possible which is never. In my 2 months of service I have never been given satisfactory internet support.
