In his first customer phone calls, he asks all the requirements and presents the customer with some excellent design options to choose from. He is absolutely clear about the order completion timelines, delivery timelines and the payment process. He makes sure the order is received by the customer in time, the packaging of the potrait for safety is also ensured. Top notch artist!
