I had high hopes from this place since i saw their 4 star ratings on google. But to my surprise, this place is not even worth a 1 star review. The ambience i must say is good. But we don't go to a saloon for ambience right?. No sense of customer satisfaction or relationship they have. Very sloppy staff. The person cutting your hair will act as if he is doing you a big favour by cutting your hair. They dont have any sense of style whatsoever. Please visit this place is you want to steer away people by your looks. Don't be fooled by their reviews. Trust me. They will for sure burn a hole in your pocket as well as your confidence. Updated 11/08/2019 These guys are ridiculous! I have attached herewith a screen shot of they trying to please me and request me to get my review removed! They tried calling me multiple times which i term "harassment". When i didn't reply to their calls, they come up with this horrendous narrative to downgrade someone's esteem and deeming them unworthy of their "supposedly 5star" service. I really really wish you guys all the best coz with this attitude, im not sure how far you will go! "Stop revolting and going personal against everyone who reviews against your expectations!" I'm sure people reading this review will read more of your reviews and connect with what the facts are pertaining to the similarities of comments in most reviews! I soo wish that the screenshot of their message im trying to upload here gets online!

No professionalism at all, they give the appointment and you reach there but no staff is there to attend you, and the same thing is happening second time, The manager talks in an attitude as she is the top most celebrity herself, They do not share any no or email where i we can escalate the matter to their management... Highly unprofessional people....
