I have taken treatment for kidney stone opeartion from Dr Rajesh Dhake. Good service from hospital staff. Doctor is friendly and responsive and explain problems to our satisfaction.

Multispeciality hospital. Great staff of doctors and very well educated. All are postgraduates obviously but superspeciality doctors are also there. Big hospital, hospitality is nice, other staff is polite however they can be rude sometime which is understandable. In terms of expenses, medical healing requires mediocre level expenses and the hospital is not different. Doctors are also very polite and patient. General ward or special private rooms are available as per accommodations of patients.

Hospital is good. A lot of paper work though. Doctors are the best. Especially Dr. Chetan Patil ( ICU INTENSIVIST) is a brilliant doctor and a fantastic person. He goes out of the way to help patients, I have never come across such a doctor. Hats off to you Dr. Chetan Patil!

I’m from TAMILNADU.... In 2015 we came for tour to Pune and we three girls my younger brother and my mom. Unexpectedly my mom got seizure and fell unconscious in the car .fortunately we were 1km from the hospital. One AUTO BAIYA Who helped me to reach the hospital and he didn’t get single rupee from us he helped me and went.....THE RATNA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IS really wonderful and took emergency care ... as we were three girls they allowed us to stay in the hospital premises as 4 attenders the security staff cleaning workers nurses and doctors were soooooo concern and helped us .The doctors have brought my moms life my heartfelt thanks to everyone who made us feel safe ....we don’t know the launguage but we had communicated with our heart

Horrible place to go to if not an emergency ... took 4 hrs for an xray n a plaster ... i mean the xray alone took 2 hrs ... no docs present to plaster so had to wait another 2 hrs for the doc to show up ... just a horrible experience.. wont recommend this hospital
