Very bad experience, want to transfer gas connection so I went and ask document they said only 2 documents required later while submitting they ask additional documents. Again I have to bring those documents from home. When submitted all required documents they ask to collect passbook on Monday. When I visited on Monday my application was in dust and they did not take any action, again ask to visit evening. We are taking some time off from our working hours and these guys are not understanding it. Request all reader please choose your gas agency properly. Otherwise you will waste your precious time. Finally work is done, staff was good but took lots of time. I hope they will work on this part and improve customer experience.

Person on the phone is very helpful and talks with you in a good manners. This is in Keshav Nagar and they serve all areas near it. You can directly contact them on a given number in the details. I'm sure your problem will be resolved. I'm kind of new in this area and didn't know where would I get my cylinder filled. The guy on phone was very helpful and guided me what to do. Not good service. For repairing they are charging more money for same area. Even someone visiting far are charging less.
Very expensive for new gas connection. Stay away.
Everything is good, but their staff comes at 11.30 and goes by 5.30. So people who has office(9.30 to 6.30) can not get their work done. It is only possible on Saturday. It took 15 days to get my passbook because of this schedule

Offers immediate gas connection if required documents are available. The only drawback is their operational timing which is not very suitable for office going folks.
