My Income tax related issue handed over to firm and paid fees (as per ask) also provided her all the evidences. But she neither resolved my issue nor attended any of the hearings in person, though reminded her and staff time to time. Finally, I had to pay penalty of 1.45L which could have been reduced to less than 1L. My observation is may be good for firms but not for common man !! Hope this helps

The owner is very arrogant lady. She thinks she is the customer even when you are paying her for services. Even government employees are more polite than her. She will disconnect the call in between a conversation - she behaves like a don. Too many mistakes in calculations, very incompetent as well. As they say ' Karela woh bhi neem chada'. I have heard she does accounting for underworld, so pl avoid her.

Very unprofessional team. No clarity in fees and very slow in resolving customer issues. Took more than an year to resolve my tax outstanding issue which should have been a simple task for them. Then they charged me almost 10k in 2 bills with basically the same scope. So charging me twice for the same task. When questioned said it's ok don't pay as if I was the person stalling the payment. I had paid 6k even before the work started.After a very long time and multiple follow ups they got the job done and charged another 4k. When questioned on difference between the 2 bills the lady was like don't pay, I don't care. Overall very disappointing, unprofessional and non transparent way of working. I would not recommend anyone going here. I went only because I stay in the same society.
