Useless really. I don't understand what has the electricity to do with weather. If MSEB says because of rain, then MSEB should claim it if they are really disturbed. The fact probably are following the ideal (illogical) process, not their fault, but still, I as an employee of any firm, i always give best to deliver the expectations. MSEB employees are not at all professional. I'd rather quit from my job if I am not able to do it.

This is the worst service I hv ever seen. Power cut just even when there are shower rain. Whole night power cut 12-15 continuous power cut again n again. What the problem is? I m totally wodered if they r there to solve the problem or covering their .... To avoid the work. If it is continuous there should be a permanent solution. But no.. And when you dialed customer care.. They throw the the reciever away just to avoid the answer. No words for this pathetic service. We will not get power during the Rain.

careless n arrogant staff ever... due to some reasons I couldnt pay 2 months bill as I was out of India. They disconnected my flat's power.. but after paying all dues including penalties and even after multiple follow-ups for 2 days they ddnt re-connect supply... worst service ever by any branch
