I have purchased a Kirloskar water pump for domestic use 3 months back with a 2 year warranty. Pump was working fine & suddenly it has stopped pulling water. I was informed upon purchase that it comes with a on-site warranty & call us if there is any issue. I have been dialing your no ( present on google ) which was answered when I had to buy the pump.. but for 3 consecutive days no one is answering the phone. I use it for drinking water purpose & what should a end user do if you are not reachable? Please solve my issue at your earliest. Thank you

Very Good Experience received from Mukund Engineers today. Even in this pandemic situation,After placing the order I received the product delivery of Milcent Jumbo TVC Flour Mill with in 2 hours. The technician demonstrates and installed the machine with in 15 minutes. It’s very easy to use the machine. One unique point I would like to mention that the machine comes with 5 years warranty on motor and 18 years on cutter which non of the competitors is giving.Even motor noise is too low. Good job done by Mukund Engineers, keep it up.!!! Wish you all the best for entire team of Mukund Engineers. Keep Rocking!!!

This product is local not ISI Mark and no any co.name .This product do not purchase from Mukund engineering .customer service very bad and services engineer not come to time.....pls do not purchase ....pls pls
