Had a pathetic experience on my first visit to Viman Nagar Muppra. My body is sore and there is constant pain after massage session. When I complained them they literally denied saying we done everything correct and we can't do anything about it. The doctor who said is a director there was arguing like a 10 year old kid and it was really unprofessional behaviour. 1. Oil wasn't heated properly. 2. Boys were doing massage just for the sake of finishing it off. 3. Tika wasn't done which is ritual at other place. 4. Steam time is 15 minutes. Their guy kept asking are you done every 3-4 mins. Like he was in hurry and wanted to finish it off. 5. They said they will look into the issue and They didn't even bother to call me back after I complained them. 6. Their representative started scolding their staff when I was on call, this is so unprofessional. If something went wrong you should take it offline with your staff not when customer is on call with you. I had to take a day off from my office due to pain and took a pain killer. Really regret going to their place for Ayurvedic Massage assuming it will be relaxing. Hadapsar and Baner center was 100 times better. My wife is their happy customer but what happened with me was unexpected and disgusting.

If only your looking for a expensive and show-off Aurvedic clinic than this is your place. Over priced in every aspect. Visited for Panchakarma treatment query n consultation. Suggestion from Dr. Was to have a 35 days process of Panchakarma i.e. 5 weeks. After each procedure for each day recommendation is to have their different massages. In all total estimated bill of 68k are you f***** kidding. Until than certain Aurvedic medicine like VARANADI KASHAYA and AVIPATHI CHOORANAM were prescribed and provide from their shop. VARANADI KASHAYA 200ml costed 242/- n online same is for 91/- So do think twice or thrice before you think of consulting unless your generous enough to spend

I would really like to thank Dr.Syam Bhargavan for his wonderful job in Muppra Kerala Ayurvedic, for the full package for Panchakarma for detoxification for my auto immune disease. It was really worth a visit and would recommend others as well if they never had such experience. I came all way from Delhi after hearing about this doctor from my friend who had cured from Dr.syam. Being North Indian from Delhi have tried few medicines in Ayurveda but never tried Kerala Panchakarma and its effects and I am glad I tried it. Overall it was very nice, energising. Nice people around, very helpful and friendly. Overall I rate my experience in Muppra for 6 weeks as FANTASTIC and wold like come back with my mother for her treatments,and recommend my relatives and friends. Dr. Bhargavan please continue your good job!!! God bless you.

I have visited Muppra clinic for my sciatica pain and cervical spondylitis, I had severe pain with difficulty in movement. I even was about to loose job because of all these issue. Doctor had suggested me 35 days treatment and now I'm feeling good. My pain has come down and my flexibility has increased. I'm continuing with my medicines.

Center:This panchakarma centre is the best in an around pune.very clean and hygienic,it has all the facilities required for all patients. Treatment: They have very nice way of treating all the patients as per their needs. Doctor:Dr .Syam Bhargavan is very knowledgeable. He is very patient in understanding the condition of patients and treating them accurately. His intellectual way of explaining the logic behind everything in Ayurveda is highly appealing.
