very - very bad experience, i think they baught defective pices or very low quality, i baught bycycle of rs.4500/- (mrp rs.7000) from there but when my daughter drive it i found the handle is cross so not able to sit straight & cycle going only one side, breaks r not working & one tyre is puncture. I went back there cycle kept with them for 15 days but all got vain. i got cycle with more prolem now handle is not only cross it is loose also. please don't go there.
