We wanted for a new cycle for our 3 year old son but were skeptical of going out with him for safety reasons. Searched for quite a few shops within our radius and these guys were enthusiastic about discussing digitally and selling us a cycle. They shared photos, videos of various models and we zeroed in on the 1 that all of us liked. After finalizing one, we got a good discount, and more importantly the owner was kind enough to get the product home delivered to us in Kharadi. All this in less than 24 hour's time as well. Really happy to find shop, business owners giving such personalized services, in line with the demand of the covid situation! Kudos to the team, and strongly recommend to buy from them!

One stop shop for your Kids cycle! Initially we were planning to purchase a cycle online but got confused on which cycle I need to go for depending on my kids height and age... Yeah there’s some science involved in choosing kids cycle The owner of the cycle helped me to understand drawbacks of not using the correct cycle height for your kids and his explanation helped me to understand and also got convinced of course after some google research Now, coming to price they offer some discount but again depends upon on which brand you buy!!! But, If you are looking for “Quality” and “customer service” then just go for it!!!

First of all about owner of shop he is too good and actively listen to you and your problem gives perfect solution and he never thinks of business only like a perfect shopkeeper consumer relationship... Now coming to after service it is also very good. Many store are like they if sell the cycle their work is over but not same with this shop he is too good. Coming to cycle to be honest it is my bad luck or what i got the one with faulty tubes but overall quality of cycle is good, but they have replace the tube of my cycle and that too half price. At last i would say if not best one of the best shop in pune
