This shopkeeper is the most dishonest person I have ever met. He never picks up the call and never fulfill his promises after taking money. We gave him curtain order. Next day he called and told that the cloth of sample we choose was not available. We selected another color with matching tissue curtain and waited for few days. He came and fixed curtain without tissue and now it's looking incomplete. He told he would deliver tissue curtain in next 2 days, but that day never came. Please note that he will not reply to your call and texts after taking orders. Total waste of time and money.

Unsatisfied with poor service. Installation of product is getting delayed and every now and then excuse is given and obviously dont have courtesy to convey the delay with whatsoever reason in advance, need to keeping calling and messaging multiple times.

Please do not ever buy from this shop. The owner does not know after sales service support and once sale is completed will never help you with any service related work. U will have to call him 100 times but even after dat he will never help. As a customer u hv to ask him to provide stamp on the servicing manual as he would nvr give u a warranty card on mattress fully signed with date and stamp. How come Kurlon made him a authorised dealer god knows? but he is doing a big damage to there brand.
