Mr. Vijay Shinde (owner of New Shital sewing machine company) is extreamly professional and very knowledgable. I had a surprisingly great experience in buying our new pico machine. Also, he was able to fix the issue in my old machines within time and also at a reasonable price compared to the market. Highly recommend them!!
