Very pathetic service. As it won't provide you the data speed as per the plan and most of the days wifi won't work and the service provider will switch off the mobiles. Just waste of money don't buy it

1. Excellent service. 2. Fastest internet in Wakad. I am getting 200 Mbps speed, both download and upload which is insanely fast. 3. I am using Newnet services since 2013. So, please don't believe in negative reviews.

Hi Guys, Speed is OK, if working. - It does not work 5-6 days a month. Team does not take customer complaints seriously, also they give you assurance of thing will be corrected even if there is nothing they will be doing to correct the issue. They won't care about customer problems, and the stop respoding to your calls when ever there is issue with connectivity. I will suggest to go with any other service provider but this.

Pathetic service. For reactivation after 45 days of no recharge they are asking 300Rs extra. No such rule mentioned while taking connection. Looting existing customers.

I am giving zero star for this internet service provider. Even after buying a plan of 10 Mbps, I cant even get 1 Mbps. The connection is broken 90% of the times. Even for writing review I am using my mobile net. when you call there is no response. If they receive a call by chance, they will say I will send a technician but he never appears. Dont even buy it for free. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!

They have one of the Rudest Staff, almost 3 to 5 days a month the i Ethernet won’t work and they claim that the server is down from their back office. They don’t solve problems on time and when we call they just calmly tell us if u want to continue with our service or just cut the wire of the wifi we will collect our devices.

All, please refrain from getting a connection from this provider. Save yourself from connection drops and speed drops and unresponsive office. These folks are good for nothing. Highly disappointed
