We are also exempted from The Labour Ministry - Security Guards Board to operate in the state of Maharashtra. Additionally, we are also registered under PT, Service Tax and now registering under ESI and PF etc., documents of which are enclosed herewith. Being licensed under these Govt bodies, we need to follow the rules, regulations and rates as laid down by these bodies.
