Was here for a series of tests and I'd say the experience was a good one. The staff is courteous and helpful. All labs were very clean, and social distancing measures being followed strictly. There isn't much of a crowd for the regular tests, but for the Covid tests there is a long line daily. One good feature is that for most of the tests you receive your reports by mail almost within 4hours.

One of the best and recommended diagnostics centre in Kalyani nagar area in Pune, I went there for the blood test , guy who was taking the sample was unable to find my nerve, so he call senior doctor instead who did the job quickly, sample was given at 8:15 pm and online reports was visible by 10pm great service. They have a big parking in the basement. Staff working there is well dressed and well behaved. Best part is all type of tests are done under single roof

An excellent place for diagnosis. Very well organised and neatly arranged. Got my aged father for CT scan and seriously i don't have any complaints in the way we were treated and everything was handled. Would definitely recommend

Found NM Medical Health Check Up service absolutely great. Every staff member was polite and co-operative. All tests are done in the facility. The facility is hygienic and well kept. Would definitely recommend my friends and family to use the service of NM Medical.

Edit - Received a call today from the Pune Manager & he patiently heard out my issues & assured me corrective actions were taken. This is exactly what is needed. A will a admit a mistake was made & efforts to ensure it will not be repeated. Thank you. A lab with decent machines but very poor staff that takes appointment. Lies about the time conveyed for home visits. Technicians do not reach on time even for fasting blood tests, reports are always delayed & needs multiple calls for them to be emailed. Better to avoid if there is an option. This business is an example of how bad employees screw up a reputation.

Hopeless people doesnt pick calls whereas m calling since 2-3 hours not expected when a person is dying to know his results... Will not recommend such place

No one response to calls. Receptionist is so rude. As they said you will get reports by evening after collecting sample but after 24hrs still i am waiting for report. Calling them by but no one answering. Only the guy who collects samples is very nice and polite and very informative.

Worst clinic... very unprofessional. I won't recommend this clinic to anyone. There are better options than NM
