I had purchased Noval auto 22 machine at 5days ago but yet service demo person from company is not attended, took many times followup from authorities but yet no any feed back, disgusting with service, very bad exoeriance from Noval. Machine is working ok, looks good.

Thieves , extremely bad service and unprofessional people. Gave the sewing machine for servicing and got it back with at least 2 missing parts. The original bobin case is missing, the light and automatic bobin filling is not working at all after servicing which was not the case before. When called for the same,the Kulkarni lady said it was our fault that the machine was like this. Imagine hearing this after one has paid for servicing. Would never recommend people to go here.
