Very poor quality. Mr. Rahul who is one of the owner sent me a defective piece. He told that he will arrange the return pickup and refund my money. It's 2 months since then and he is not picking my call. He is not replying to my messages too. Very poor quality and no customer service. Don't ever buy from him.

Worst service.. Worst quality sofa n bedroom set... Bought sofa n 2 bedroom set 3 yrs back.. But after 2 months only... The laminate started getting out... Even after calling so many times to owner Mr rahul... Even after visiting showroom.... No service.... At all.... Request plz do not go to nufurn to buy anything... All 5 star reviews are fake... I have bought 2.5 lakh rs Furniture from them but it's waste... Request plz do not buy from them

We bought sofa from this place few months back and within few months sofa covers started to torn out, very poor quality of products and zero customer service post sales, The owener herself have no manners when dealing with customers.

The showroom is amazing and they have good collection.. but the actual story starts over here.. I bought a sofa set and dining chairs from this shop.. within a month or two sofa and chairs started making noise when seating and getting up.. called them, their staff came took the sofa to factory, ensured that problem is solved and bought the sofa back.. within next two days, the same issue repeats. After a month of follow up, they send their team again.. history repeats and the sofa is still making noise. Following again from last month and this time no response so far.. I strongly recommend to not to fall for good looking designer sofas from this shop and go for sturdy options.

This place is the worst place in the world to buy anything. I purchased a sofa set, the quality was too bad and hard to describe in words. each portion of sofa was made of garbage pieces of U-form seats. After following them 100 times, they picked up the sofa from my house and they took 15 days to repair and even after 15 days there were more issues then earlier. Again asked them to make it perfect and one more time they took 15 days. finally I received sofa and still not up to the expectation. They took more than a month to repair and the repair work is not done properly. irresponsible people. The most horrible service I ever seen in my life. This people make false commitments every time when you speak to them. I made mistake, please you don't.
