A perfect place to get perfect motivation with most enthusiastic trainer I’v met in my life . It is unique blend of cross fit yoga and karate . I was looking for self defence training for my two daughters and I joined myself as well . With in two months I am off medication for diabetes and hypothyroidism which I was taking for past 5 years. It has worked as miracle for me after trying many gyms ,sports and doctors. Just like miracle is in hands of the chef not only in recipe. I would highly recommend this facility and training .
