Installation of my Faber chimney was okay. But the installation is not done professionally. 1. Normal cello tape was used instead of Aluminium tape, which may heat up the tape causing plastic smoke. 2. Aluminium duct pipe was fitted without using any clamp, so no support at all, during windy weather. 3. Installer was not equipped with all required tools. 4. No demo was given, no cleaning instructions or any other information was shared by the installer. 5. Aluminium duct pipe with cowl costs 750 online, but they charged 1350.
