I have been a fan of panchwati gaurav jabalpur and i will proudly say that the pune one did the a fabulous job too. Delicious food everything was perfect the food, the venue was gorgeous,the staff was very well trained.Keep Up The good work.

The 'Thali in a Box' by Panchavati Gaurav is a sight for sore eyes and a tremendous reprieve for a voracious appetite. We had some foreign visitors today and wanted them to experience a proper Indian Thali. But sensing their reluctance to go to a restaurant, i started looking for options on Zomato. Came across this option and decided to give it a try, although i was a bit hesitant and unsure of what kind of experience we would have. But what ensued was delightful beyond words. Each meal came well packed in a rectangular box, that had everything inside it. No little packets or knicknacks strewn all over... Just 4 boxes for 4 meals. Inside each box were 10 items, neatly packed in foil and foil packets which kept everything hot (also we received our meals within 45 minutes, maybe partly courtesy Zomato). Thank God we have a few big steel thalis at our place, or serving these would have become a problem and we'd have to serve the contents of each box across 2 plates. As the pictures show, we just about managed to fit everything in a thali, with some quantity of few items still remaining. For normal eaters, i would say this meal in enough for about 1.5 people. And with the cosmetics out of the way, lets get to the important bit .. quality! In one word, the food was simply DELICIOUS! Everything was fresh, flavorful and nothing was too oily. Just the right amount of salt and spices, although our foreign guest found 1 or 2 items slightly spicy, but not us. Plus I could get the beautiful aroma of desi ghee from one or two items. The 'kadhi' was on the sweeter side for our taste, but was also flavorful. The gulab jamuns that came as dessert were just rightly sweet and a perfect sweet end to a really enjoyable meal. All in all, i would score this meal a 10/10 . Amazing value for money. One of the best home delivered meals I've had since the lockdown and I'm glad i was able to give my friends a memorable dining experience at home.

Seems this place is going to shut down soon. The place seemed dilapidated. The thali had very few items and the servings were small too. Had just 1 or 2 guys serving. Overall it seemed like a mediocre joint.
