I visited this facility and and was surprised to see how effectively it is managed and it will process your procedure with taking very least time and in a polite manner. All you need to have is clear documents, that's it.

Although passport office from inside is clean and fully AC but Q management and appointment management system still need to improve. Also i was under impression there must be Minor and Senior Citizen priority system but its not the case. Number system is same for all which is bad and little hectic for minors. Also space is very less.No proper and adequate space for waiting. Now at Counter A ( level 1 screening ) representative ask us if we need Passport cover and that point of time when everything is in so hurry people will say yes only. And they charge 400 to 500 for passport cover. This is completely not done.

Plenty of open parking available just before the passport office.. Speaking of the experience.. we arrived 30 min early and were allowed inside before time. Overall a pleasant and smooth experience.
