Excellent management ..kudos to MEA and TCS folks to manage the centre so efficiently.. Was out within an hour ... Parking is available in an open ground just near the building..hardly 100-200mtrs ..so need not worry about it.. In case u forget some photo copies ..there is a service right at entrance of the centre with 1/- per copy ..very reasonable.. Make sure that the docs u carry are as per requirement mentioned in your ack receipt Also carry originals as they ask for verification..

Excellent Once you enter through main gate through security check you will find Lobby which has Photostat machine in case you forget any copy 1) Appointment is verified & Token is issued 2)Counter A ( Private area TCS Guys) Docs, signature & address are verified they will assist you in form queries. Photo will be taken which will reflect on passport 3) Counter B ( Govt area) Reverification of counter A activity 3) Counter C ( Govt area) Final Authority

Excellent and timely service. Was out in 45 minutes. Helpful and competent staff. Everyone from A, B and C counters and the security guards were helpful and cooperative.There was a photo copy machine inside the facility in case we forget to xerox a document. Kudos to efficiently running the place.

Passport Office Pune. They're following all the government guidelines. Only one person is allowed in the premises. If U're coming with the applicant be ready to wait outside premises..

Awesome service, complete process was done within 15-20 mins. Entered building at 3:40 pm for 4 pm appointment and I existed the building before 4 pm. Was surprised and happy to see such kind of service. This gives pride that my nation is progressing. First time giving 5 start to any government office. Just to add, it is also managed by TCS people in collaboration with government employee. Good example of public and private collaboration. Quality is improved.

Although crowded but very well managed by team TCS. The service is extremely fast and professional staff. Just ensure you reach on pre-recorded appointment time with all photocopies and original of all relevant documents. It took only an hour for me to go through all 3 verification counters for passport renewal.

EXCELLENT .my appointment for PCC was 9 am.i entered at 8.45,done all necessary document submission .by 9 am i am out of office ,done all procedure.next day i got PCC .nice
